SkyCable sees 15% profit growth in 10.(Financial report)

ABS-CBN Broadcasting unit SkyCable expects to post double-digit growth in profit this year due to the continued expansion of its subscriber base and the stronger peso results against lower dollar-based expenses.

The growth of its broadband business, which contributes 15 percent to total revenue, would also help boost its net income for the year, SkyCable vice president for marketing Rodrigo Montinola said.

We expect to have a higher net income because of the foreign exchange and the improvement of our cable business, Montinola said.
