Philippines: Mastermind behind kidnap-slay of 3 rice traders in Isabela yields to Cagayan PNP.

Section: General News - The alleged mastermind in the kidnapping and killing of three rice traders in Isabela province earlier this month voluntarily surrendered to newly-installed Police Regional Office-2 (PRO-2) director Chief Superintendent Francisco Villaroman on Sunday.

Villaroman identified the suspect as Jay Lord Dimal, 28, a rice mill owner and warehouse manager and resident of Barangay Ipil in Echague, Isabela.

The victims were identified as Pan Xinyi, 38, also known as Lucio Pua, and his wife Pan Juhua, alias Rosemarie Pua, 38, and Gemma Eugenio, 44, all residing in Alicia, Isabela and engaged in rice trading business.
