Nationalised banks in India have recorded higher employee productivity than State Bank of India (SBI) group.

Nationalised banks have recorded business of Rs9.5 crore per employee (Rs7.3 crore for SBI group) and profit of Rs5.7 lakh per employee (Rs4.6 lakh).
