(KOREA HERALD) -Tensions on the divided Korean Peninsula appear to be easing for the first time since North Korea allegedly sunk the Ch'o'nan [Cheonan] in March, as the North on Tuesday released a South Korean fishing boat it detained last month and accepted an offer of aid.
