Philippines: PPCRV wants to use pre-printed ballots for the October polls.

Section: General News - A poll watchdog group chose to have a pre-printed ballot over the manual type of ballot for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) polls in October.

Henrietta de Villa, Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) chairperson said it would be better if the poll body will use pre-printed ballot just like in the May 10 national and local elections.

That will be getting them used to filling-up the ballot in an automated system kasi definitely ang 2013 (elections) automated na naman yan, she said.
