Thailand's upcoming 3G auction has attracted three participants as international companies did not submit any bidding documents. Private operators Advanced Info Service (AIS), DTAC, and TrueMove will bid for two 3G licences in the auction scheduled for 20 September. A fourth company, Win Win NGV, had submitted documents but was disqualified as it did not include the THB 1.28 billion bank guarantee.
