Authorities in the Vietnamese cities of Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City have begun shutting down internet cafils that break the law. The move follows an investigation by Ha Noi's Information and Communications Department. Inspected cafils were found to breach laws that require them to install appropriate management software and meet health and safety regulations, Viet Nam Net reports.
