From April to November, Big Green Trucks ply the roads of Connecticut delivering not just pizza, but the whole pizza joint.

The fleet of pizza places is the brainchild of New Haven resident Douglas Coffin, a caterer who admits he stumbled into the pizza delivery business about eight years ago.

Coffin was 15 years into his catering career when a neighbor convinced him to cater a pizza party.
