Prague, Aug 25 (CTK) - Czech Prime Minister Necas today for the first time addressed senators while in office, to which he was appointed after the June elections, speaking about Czech EU positions. Necas mainly informed the upper house on the positions of the Czech government he would advocate at the meeting of the European Council in Brussels in mid-September. Necas went on to reply to some questions, one of them relating to Roman Joch, his controversial human rights adviser.
