Over 1,500 people each month benefit from a resource centre which offers books, Internet services, and basic art skills, courtesy of Ms Karine Liegmann.

The Canadian teacher opened the resource centre two years ago in Ntinda under the brand name Niteo Africa. Niteo has partnered with local educationists to improve access to learning among disadvantaged children."We have this place for children where they can come and play and learn and grow as we support their education.
