statesman news serviceNEW DELHI, 13 AUG: A day after the government warned Canadian company Research In Motion (RIM) that some services provided by its BlackBerrysmart phones would be blocked, RIM officials today met senior home ministry officials and assured technical solutions for lawful monitoring of its services by security agencies. Senior RIM officials including vice president Mr Robert Crowe told home ministry officials that the company would try to address all the issues raised by security agencies.
