Press Trust of IndiaGANGTOK, 9 AUG: Mr Justice PD Dinakaran, who is facing threat of impeachment in Rajya Sabha for alleged corruption, was today sworn-in as the Chief Justice of the Sikkim High Court at a ceremony boycotted by two bar associations. 60-year-old Mr Justice Dinakaran, who was transferred to the state from Karnataka following the allegations, was sworn in by Sikkim Governor Balmiki Prasad Singh at the Ashirwad Bhavan in the Raj Bhavan complex.
