Audio, connectivity and location platforms provider CSR (LSE:CSR) announced on Monday that headphones manufacturer Sennheiser is using its apt-X audio technology to bring CD-quality sound to the new Sennheiser PXC 360 BT stereo headphones. No financial details were disclosed. CSR said Sennheiser is employing its apt-X CODEC on the BlueCore5-Multimedia audio platform to provide high audio quality via Bluetooth wireless technology. Sennheiser's range of portable wireless products, designed for use with mobile phones, MP3 players, iPod, iPhone, computer games and laptops, now include the PXC 360 BT high performance stereo headphones with NoiseGard-2.0 …
