KUALA LUMPUR: The two brothers charged with the arson attack on Metro Tabernacle Church in Desa Melawati early this year will have to defend themselves after the Sessions Court yesterday ruled that there was a case against them.
Raja Muhammad Faizal Raja Ibrahim, 24, and his brother, Raja Muhammad Idzham, 22, were ordered by judge S.M. Komathy Suppiah to enter their defence on Aug 10.
The judge, however, acquitted Azuwan Shah Ahmad, 23. The three were charged with setting fire to the church at 11.50pm on Jan 7.
