Statesman News Service KOLKATA, 30 JULY: Former Medical Council of India chief, Dr Ketan Desai, now in the custody of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with a case of corruption, complained of chest pain and uneasiness tonight. There is some confusion over whether he has been admitted to hospital. Dr Desai, who was caught red handed by CBI officials in Delhi a few months ago, while collecting bribes from representatives of a private medical college, was brought to the city and produced before a court in connection with a case of corruption here.
