Gooderson resorts report visitor decline for World Cup EDWARD WEST KwaZulu-Natal Editor GOODERSON Leisure had experienced a 5% drop in the number of visitors to its resorts and lodges during the 2010 Soccer World Cup, chairman Alan Gooderson said yesterday.

Speaking after the company's annual meeting in Durban, Mr Gooderson said the decline from June 11 to July 12, excluding acquisitions, compared with an average increase in the Durban region of 23% over the same period.

Gooderson operates a number of holiday destinations in KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo and Gauteng.
