Miss Piengjai Harnpanich presided over the meeting then convened the meeting. The meeting has resolved as follows: 1. To certify the minutes of the Director Meeting No2/2010 2. Approved to propose to the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting No 1/2010 to consider and approve the decrease of registered capital from 250,000,000 Baht (Two hundred fifty million Baht) to 220,000,000 Baht (Two hundred twenty million Baht) equivalent to paid up capital by cutting common shares which have been registered but do not distribute at the amount of 3,000,000 shares (three million shares) wint a par value of Baht 10 each.
