ONE SOUTH, KEY REVENUE DRIVER FOR HUA YANG.
from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUALA LUMPUR, April 29 (Bernama) -- Property developer Hua Yang Bhd has set a sales target of RM300 million for the financial year ending March 31, 2011 with One South in Sungai Besi being the key revenue driver.
With a gross development value (GDV) of RM750 million, One South represents a large chunk of the one billion ringgit worth of projects that the group will roll out this year, said Chief Operating Officer Ho Wen Yan.
"Out of the RM300 million sales, One South would contribute RM100 million," he said in a media briefing on the group's biggest project in the Klang Valley here today.
