A Cabinet minister and two MPs on Sunday used a rally organised by former Mungiki leader Maina Njenga to urge Nairobi residents to turn up in large numbers and vote for the proposed constitution.

Regional Development Minister Fred Gumo, Kamukunji MP Simon Mbugua and nominated MP Rachel Shebesh accused former president Daniel Moi and Higher Education Minister William Ruto, who are leading the 'No' campaign, of being behind problems facing Kenyans and being anti-reformists.
