Philippines: ATS merges with ZIP.

Section: General News - Aboitiz Transport System (ATS)'s merger with subsidiary Zoom In Packages, Inc (ZIP) has been finally approved by the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).

In the same instance, the shipping firm also formalized with wholly-owned subsidiary Reefer Van Specialist Inc (RVSI) and is only waiting for the SEC's approval to finalize.

RVSI offers refrigerated transportation services under the CRYO brand name for perishable food products such as processed meat, poultry, fruits, vegetables, and non-food products, like electronics, flowers, and chemicals.

In both instances, ATS is the surviving entity.
