LOCAL TECHNOLOGY firm Stradcom Corp. is defending its over a decade-old exclusive contract to provide all computer-related services to the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
The controversial company said its services, which include the maintenance of a database of millions of drivers license holders, has become a vital resource used by other government agencies to perform their functions.
Stradcom has come under fire with allegations of illegally collecting fees for connectivity to the LTOs systems database.
