Plaspro seals deal to become UK distributor for Hanita Coatings.
Plaspro has been appointed the UK distributor for Hanita Coatings' plastics, which comprise products suitable for a range of digital printing processes.
'The great advantage of using plastic over paper is that the products provide water resistance with no requirement for overlamination to protect the print,' said a spokesman for the company.
'The 50-micron films are lighter than paper, making them ideal for catalogues where weight is paramount.'
The range of films supplied by the manufacturer includes PET, PVC, polycarbonate, polystyrene and synthetic paper, as well as laminated and metallised films.
