ANC Youth League says court actions 'alien' to it Law and Constitution Writer THE African National Congress (ANC) Youth League has broken its silence on recent court actions against it, saying they were alien to the movement and totally unacceptable.

The league's statement on Friday confirmed its former Limpopo provincial chairman, Lehlogonolo Masoga, had launched a court application to stop a disciplinary inquiry against him. After days of refusing to make any comment, youth league spokesman Floyd Shivambu said the league had also learnt of the separate, but connected, court case by the dissolved Eastern Cape provincial executive committee …
