The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, yesterday, arraigned a Lebanese contractor, Jihad Mohammad Ghraizi and his son, Mohammad Ghraizi, before an Abuja high court sitting in Maitama, for allegedly forging several documents belonging to the Ministry of Interior.
