Members of the Trilateral Commission have failed to agree on the valorisation of pensions and disability benefits and the rise of the minimum pay in 2011. According to the government, the valorisation index for pensions should amount to 2.46 percent. The proposal was supported by employers' representatives. Trade unions proposed, however, that the index should amount to 3.15 percent. Similarly, the parties disagreed about the minimum pay. The government suggested it should amount to ZL1,386, while trade unions insisted on ZL1,500.
