WHEN the BP disaster in the Gulf of Mexico happened, I suggested BP were guilty of many things, and so they were. On the other hand, I believe the US government has sat back and let BP take the blame.
But I believe this situation is so serious, it should have had an immediate response from the Americans in assisting BP to solve the problem.
