PGE is planning to spend ZL40bn on a nuclear power and another ZL30bn on renewable energy by 2030. The spending on alternative energy makes up 40 percent of the amount assigned for all the investments. By 2020, it will be ZL80bn. By 2030, it will have grown to ZL170bn. According to Wojciech Topolnicki, vice-president of PGE, the aim of the company is "to decrease the risk of price changes of carbon dioxide emissions and fuels." The …
