One month after Mrs Philomina Udonwa, mother of Engr. Iniekong Udonwa, governorship aspirant in the 2011 gubernatorial race was abducted from her home while her son the governorship hopeful, narrowly escaped being killed by some unknown gunmen, the 69-year-old woman has been reportedly murdered by those who have held her hostage.
Philomina, a popular trader was killed after the assassins failed to get the Singapore- based business mogul to concede to their demand of turning himself up into the hands of the kidnappers who made bold to state that they were seriously demanding for his life.
