The Kharkiv authorities have banned a gay parade which was be held on 23 August, the Ukrainian Korrespondent.net website reported on 29 June, quoting the press service of the Kharkiv city council.

The website said that the city authorities decided that the gay parade could not be held on 23 August because of Kharkiv Day festivities …
