President Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) Mohammad Ishaq Butt in a press statement has expressed great concern on the reports that rate of electricity is being increased by minimum 6 percent with retrospective effect from April 1, 2010. He said that the increase would be a death blow to industrial and commercial sectors as well as to the domestic consumers.
