'Daytime movement of chemicals to be banned'.

Sindh Minister for Environment, Shaikh Mohammed Afzal has said that daytime movement of explosives, chemicals and fire-catching materials will be banned so that the tragic incidents, like the one that happened in Hyderabad, could be avoided. Afzal stressed that in order to avert such tragedies it is imperative that ice factories, LPG cylinder fillers, electric and gas welders and owners of firework factories, voluntarily shift operations from congested areas.
