The Implementation Commission for 18th Amendment has decided to allow the Federal Government to continue to oversee matters relating to foreign agreements, and funding and policies of ongoing projects of ministries and other departments till completion; which subsequently will be transferred to the provinces.

Sources told Business Recorder that the Implementation Commission in its Tuesday meeting discussed the matters of ministries including Health, Education, Culture, Environment, Food and Agriculture, Zakat and Usher and related departments.
