The second report of the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency [IAEA] on Iran's nuclear activities published in nine pages and presented to 35 members of the Security Council has been welcomed by Western diplomats and media and called it a precondition for exerting double pressure on Iran and prelude for issuance of new sanctions desired by the USA.
