The special adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan on Niger Delta Affairs, Mr Timi Alaibe, has said the post-amnesty training of 20, 192 former militants will begin today in Obubra, Cross River State. The training, he said, would address the socio-economic woes of the Niger Delta region.

He spoke at the weekend at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos, when the 24 post amnesty instructors from the United States arrived Nigeria.
