Section: General News - National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) chairman Domingo Ding Panganiban said Monday there is a need for Filipinos to work hard due to rise in poverty brought about by population increase in the country.

Panganiban said Filipinos should strive harder.

They should not be complacent and work hard, do the best they can to survive at the moment, he told reporters during a book launch of the Kapit-Bisig Laban Sa Kahirapan (Linking Arms Against Poverty) or KALAHI project in Quezon City.
