FROM a mere four projects back in 2004, the Mah Sing Group has since stamped its mark on 26 projects, of which five have been completed, 11 on- going and 10 new ones in the pipeline.

SOFT sentiments for the Malaysian economy and the local property market in the first half of 2009 turned out to be an almost non-issue for Mah Sing Group Bhd. Malaysia's sixth largest property developer by revenue racked up sales of RM727 million for 2009, exceeding its target of RM453 million by 60%.

Buoyed by improved consumer and business sentiments as well as new projects coming on stream, the Group has set an ambitious sales target of RM1 billion for 2010. In the first three months of 2010, it has raked in sales of RM601 million.
