Bidders have chance to snap up real gold mine A GOLD mine will be auctioned by Van's Auctioneers in Schweizer- Reyneke next week. The mine is being sold with first rate infrastructure, a plant and a mining licence.
It is situated on the farms Abelskop 75 and Goudplaats 96, measuring 100ha and 614ha respectively. There are two shafts on Abelskop with a depth of 70m and capacities of 1500kg to 700kg. Improvements include hoist rooms, a compressor room, a switch gear room and an office building.
