Zimbabwe mine will succeed, says ACR SIMON MUNDY AFRICAN Consolidated Resources (ACR) financial director Roy Tucker insisted on Tuesday that a fledgling gold project in Zimbabwe was set to succeed, despite the mining exploration company's ongoing difficulties with the country's government.

Mr Tucker was speaking after ACR's announcement that it had entered into a memorandum of understanding with a group of mining experts that had provisionally agreed to fund the development of the Pickstone Peerless gold mine, acquired by ACR in 2004.
