Cup organisers 'dodging responsibility' in guard pay dispute THE walkout by security guards over a pay dispute at four World Cup stadiums is unlikely to be speedily resolved, with the South African Transport and Allied Workers Union (Satawu) holding Fifa and the local organising committee responsible. Satawu says Fifa and the local organising committee ignored organised labour and appointed service providers who were not compliant with the law.
