Agliotti 'had motive to fabricate evidence' Legal Affairs Correspondent CONVICTED drug dealer Glenn Agliotti was a dangerous state witness and had a motive to manufacture evidence against former police commissioner Jackie Selebi, the South Gauteng High Court heard yesterday.

Mr Selebi's advocate, Jaap Cilliers SC, was presenting closing arguments in the corruption trial of the former police commissioner and said the prosecution did not go into detail about the payments that were allegedly made to Mr Selebi, except for one payment Agliotti made at his Midrand office in December 2005.
