Exhibitors couldn't agree whether foot traffic was up or not as the Jewelers of America (JA) New York Winter 2010 Show opened in the Javits Center February 28 and ran through to March 2. This year's event, running under the theme of 'Emerge and Refresh', gave many jewelers an opportunity to replenish inventories and to get a glimpse of what the coming season is likely to offer in terms of new designs. In addition, there was a wide range of educational offerings and seminars.
