Ukrainian court cancels allocation of frequencies to news channel - MP.

Kiev, 8 June: A court has satisfied in full a lawsuit by the U.A. Inter Media Group holding against the 5 Kanal TV channel, [opposition Our Ukraine-People's Self-Defence] MP Yuriy Stets, who is also a member of 5 Kanal's supervisory board, has said.
"Just several minutes ago a court completely satisfied the lawsuit. For me it is an absolutely clear sign that the new authorities declare one things but do quite the opposite. I cannot call such actions anything but the destruction of a powerful, high-quality, honest and objective Ukrainian TV channel," Stets said.
