ZAMBOANGA CITY , Philippines -Government forces mounted a "full blast" offensive against the Abu Sayyaf group after Basilan Gov. Jum Akbar gave a signal to wipe out in the province the militants after it executed three civilian hostages last week, an official said yesterday.
