South Korean coach Huh Jung-Moo said his players are determined to prove themselves against strong opponents when the World Cup starts next week.

"We go to the World Cup with the determination to succeed," Huh told journalists after a last friendly match here, which saw the Taeguk Warriors lose 1-0 to Spain.

"We are ready to play in the World Cup."
