A top Iranian parliamentarian says the setting up of a committee by the UN Security Council to probe the Israeli raid on the Gaza aid convoy is only aimed at wasting time.

Chairman of the Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee Ala'eddin Borujerdi also decried the Israeli attack, and called on the UN Security Council to send the case to the International Criminal Court.

He further told the Mehr News Agency that the assault on the aid flotilla amounted to attacking all countries.
