from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUALA LUMPUR, May 31 (Bernama) -- The Guangzhou Asian Para Games Organising Committee (GAPGOC) has promised to place the Asian Para Games on equal terms with the Asia Games said the Malaysian Para Games contingent's chef-de- Mission Datuk Dr Ramlan Abd Aziz.

Dr Ramlan who was in Guangzhou, China, last week said GAPGOC would ensure that all 19 venues and Games Village met the specifications and requirements for paralympic athletes.

"GAPGOC have us the assurance that the Asian Games and Asian Para Games will be given equal importance," Dr Ramlan who is also the National Sports Institute (ISN) Director-general told …
