Partner Communications to list Series B notes on Tel Aviv stock exchange.

Partner Communications Company Ltd (Nasdaq:PTNR) (TASE:PTNR), an Israeli communications operator, said today that it will list for trade on the TASE its Series B Notes in the aggregate principal amount of ILS448m.
This listing is reportedly pursuant to the company's shelf prospectus dated, 3 September 2009, as amended on 23 May 2010 with the Israeli Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd (TASE) and pursuant to the offering report dated 1 June 2010.
The company issued the Series B notes in November 2009 in a private placement to institutional investors in Israel.
