Meanwhile, the fugitive ex-premier has left Montenegro to an undisclosed destination.

French Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Bernard Valero revealed that the French government has urge ousted Thai premier Thaksin Shinawatra to scrap his plan to give a speech on Thailand's political crisis, scheduled to be broadcast from Paris.
