Ethiopian troops who have been in Ceel Barde, Bakool Region [southwestern Somalia] have once again restored communication lines in the town having shut it down in the recent past.

Communication lines in Ceel Barde which have been off air for more than six days are now said to have resumed having been cut off by Ethiopian troops that recently arrived in the town following the ongoing Ethiopian elections Somali Regional State.
