A LAST-MINUTE goal saw Kedah Schools Sports Council clinch the 2010 Manchester United Premier Cup at the National Sports Council ground in Bukit Jalil yesterday and earn a trip to the regional finals next month.
Fitri Che Hassan's tap in, after teammate Adam Aidil Iskandar Rosli's shot rebounded to him, gave Kedah a 1-0 win over SMK Putera of Kota Baru, Kelantan in the final.
It was just reward for Kedah who had dominated proceedings in the 60-minute final against a visibly tired Putera team who had little rest after a semi-final which went to extra-time and penalties.
